Hyundai art cars head to Paris, France

Hyundai's fleet of art cars have made their way to Paris, France, just ahead of the 173rd General Assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions' (BIE) 173rd General Assembly come 28 November 2023.
The assembly will be meeting to vote on the location of the 2030 World Expo, and the art cars are being driven across the city to drum up support for Busan's bid to host the expo. The fleet of 10 vehicles comprising of the Ioniq 6 and Kia EV6 - both all-electric models - will tour Paris wrapped in a colourful graffiti design that features symbols of Busan as well as the slogan, 'Busan is Ready'.
The cars will tour major attractions including the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre as well as areas near the BIE headquarters and the embassies of various countries to Busan’s bid to key officials from BIE member countries and tourists from around the world.
The 173rd General Assembly of the BIE will see final presentations from each of the three candidate cities - Busan, South Korea; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; and Rome, Italy - elected via secret ballot by each BIE Member State.
