Hyundai is already planning a more powerful version of the Veloster on its own, with the planned Veloster Turbo having a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine delivering 208bhp and 265Nm of torque, as well as a 0-100km/h sprint time of 7 seconds.
The modified Veloster will have a twin-scroll turbocharged version of its 1.6-litre engine, which will now produce 210bhp, up from the standard car’s 138bhp, as well as featuring an aerodynamic kit and a fully refurbished interior.
