As a dedicated regional training hub, the academy will provide both technical and non-technical training to Jaguar Land Rover's dealer partners across the Asia Pacific Importer network and regional office staff. Delivering over 5,027 man days of training when operational, the academy will see more than 300 technicians, sales consultants and service representatives trained to deliver world-class levels of customer service across 37 dealerships in countries within the region.
Training is focused on specific job roles, with a range of specialised programmes catering to various functions, including those in Sales, Aftersales and Technical roles. The 1,289m2 facility also features a purpose-built workshop with floor space for nine training vehicles and a fully-equipped showroom for four cars complete with dedicated sales and service areas, as well as colour and trim units to provide training in an actual work environment.
