03 Jan 2022|178 views
The Laguna Seca circuit is about to get upgraded in the coming years.
The Monterey County Board of Supervisors has adopted a resolution that green lights funding for significant renovations to take place in the next 18 months as part of a five-year Capital Improvement Programme.
Upgrades to the circuit will include a repaving of the track surface itself, while a new Start/Finish bridge will be constructed that will provide greater pedestrian flow and allow golf cart crossings. The Turn 3 Paddock Pavilion will see considerable enhancements.
The timeline for the projects is yet to be confirmed, but the goal remains November 2022 through April 2023.
