After visiting New Zealand and Malaysia, Lamborghini has now headed to Oman.
Guests of the Lamborghini Esperienza Avventura, the firm's latest driving experience, got to stay at The Chedi, a renowned five-star beach resort in Muscat, before taking on the Urus S. Accompanied by three Lamborghini professional drivers and support vehicles, the convoy covered more than 330km on the first day, before stopping for a coffee break on a cliff facing the white sands of Fins beach.
The cars then headed for the roads of the Hajar mountains, where guests partook lunch atop the 1,500m-high Salmah Plateau, before heading down to the dunes of the Wahiba Sands for a night of exclusive desert glamping, where guests were welcomed by a local Omani Bedouin band and experienced a traditional dinner under the stars of the desert.
The second day of the experience saw the convoy visiting the Wadi Indam Natural Park, before visiting the Nizwa, an important stronghold in Omani history. Here, the Urus S is said to have demonstrated its unrivalled abilities, chewing up miles of road, sand, and rough terrain to bring guests to the exclusive Alila Jabal Akhdar hotel. On the final day of the adventure, the convoy got to drive 200km back towards The Chedi, but not before wading through the river Wadi Dabaun.
