Lamborghini makes 50 units of a special edition Aventador to celebrate the Miura
26 Jun 2016|2,220 views
The aptly named Aventador Miura Homage has been customised by Lamborghini's Ad Personam design studio, reflecting the colour themes of the original Miura models from the 1960s and 1970s.

Buyers can pick from two interior options, either full Nero Ade or Terra Emilia leather with tone on tone stitching. Carbon fibre upgrades come standard, along with 'Miura 50th' embroidery and a limited edition plate.
The Miura is credited with ushering in Lamborghini's history of iconic V12s. Its 350bhp is modest by modern standards, but 50 years of advances have culminated in the Aventador's 6.5-litre powerplant with 700bhp and 690Nm of torque.
Only 50 Miura Homage examples will be produced, most of which have already been sold.

The company chose three different schemes - Rosso Arancio Miura, Verde Scandal and Blue Tahiti - each with a contrasting tone for the lower bodywork. Matte silver or gold Dione rims have been chosen to help complete the look, while a metallic Miura badge adorns the side.
