Described as a versatile compact crossover, the UX 300h enters 2026 with the same powerful hybrid powertrain options and other updates added for 2025, along with a few minor colour and trim changes.
The fifth generation Lexus Hybrid System boasts 194bhp on both front- and all-wheel-drive versions and pairs an inline four-cylinder 2.0-litre gas engine with two motor-generators. This gives it a century sprint timing of 7.9 seconds on the AWD version and 8.0 seconds on the FWD version.
Exterior-wise, the 2026 Lexus UX 300h features the iconic Lexus spindle grille sporting a block-shape mesh pattern with individual elements gradually changing in shape as they radiate out from the central Lexus emblem. Prominent sculpted surfaces and dramatically flared front and rear fenders reflect its robustness, while an aerodynamic profile, large wheels pushed to the corners, and an impressive front fascia create its agile, sporty stance.
The 2026 Lexus UX 300h is offered in eight different models, including F Sport Design and F Sport Handling. The UXh F Sport Design and F Sport Handling models both have F Sport wheels, grille, dark roof rails, a black roof, power tilt-and-slide moonroof, rain-sensing windshield wipers, fog and cornering lamps, automatic headlamp levelling, and painted wheel arch moulding. The F Sport grades also see an Appearance package arrive for this model year that includes an 18-inch split-five-spoke alloy Black and machined finish wheel, black window trim surround and a rear black badge overlay.
New this model year, Ultra White is available on Base and Premium grades alongside Caviar, Copper Crest, Nori Green Pearl, Cloudburst Gray, and Iridium. F Sport models offer five available colour options paired with an Obsidian roof, along with a new monotone Caviar option. F Sport colours include Copper Crest, Cloudburst Gray, Iridium, Ultra White, and Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0.
Standard on all UXh models are 18-inch run-flat tires. Five-spoke alloy wheels with a dark grey and machined finish are found on Base and Premium models while F Sport models are highlighted by split-five-spoke alloy wheels. Additionally, three other wheel options are available including one in a gloss black and machined finish, matte black finish, and the F Sport Appearance Package black and machined finish wheel.
Inside the 2026 Lexus UX 300h is a more refined interior highlighted by a new layout of buttons on the door panels and chrome-finished ornamentation. New hairline finishing has also been added to F Sport Handling models on the door panels and centre console.
In addition, a larger 12.3-inch multi-information display adorning the instrument cluster comes as standard on all Premium and F Sport models while a 7.0-inch multi-information display is standard on the Base model. Both multi-information displays can have their layouts customised by users.
The UXh offers eight-way power adjustable front seats, with adjustable lumbar support for the driver. NuLuxe-trimmed seating is offered in a choice of colours, including Black, Palomino, Birch, and Lapis. In addition to Black and Birch, the F Sport Handling model offers an exclusive seat in Black and Circuit Red. The UX 300h Premium model has standard heated and ventilated front seats, power tilt-and-slide moonroof, rain-sensing windshield wipers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and power rear door with kick sensor.
Lexus has said that the 2026 UX 300h will only be offered with a hybrid powertrain in the U.S.A, and it is set to go on sale in late 2025.
