Lotus customers can now collect their cars directly from England

Lotus has just introduced two new customer experience programmes - Handmade in Hethel and Handmade in Hethel + Track Time - which will allow all Lotus customers to have the opportunity to visit the marque's headquarters in the U.K. for a personal handover of their new cars, receive a personalised commemorative owner's booklet charting the build of their cars and meet the team who manufactured the sports car.

The experiences also include a tour of the manufacturing facility where every Lotus has been hand built since 1967 and a visit to Classic Team Lotus to see many of the iconic race cars of Team Lotus. In addition, customers will have the opportunity to spend some time with a Lotus instructor on the renowned Hethel test track in addition to obtaining a first hand insight into how Lotus ethos of 'pure driving' is engineered into every Lotus car in the 'Hethel + Track Time' experience programme.
