McLaren listens and gives back to the customers

Reacting to customer’s feedbacks, British car maker McLaren has made small tweaks to improve the driving experience like providing lighter paddle shifters, better steering feel and improved engine noise. Reworked software has also removed some bugs, like warning lights that some claim to have a mind of its own.

Now McLaren has decided it's time for the MP4-12C to get an additional 25bhp, taking total output to 616bhp without compromising on CO2 emissions and fuel efficiency figures are unchanged. On top of that you get a programmable engine noise, improvements to the Meridian sound system, and remote opening of the passenger door.

While most car companies, would charge a fair sum for such an upgrade, McLaren has graciously offered it to all 12C owners for free. Installation of the upgrades will start at McLaren dealerships in October. McLaren has continually expressed that it will stop at nothing to turn the MP4-12C into the world’s greatest junior supercar, and development will not end until McLaren reaches a certain level of perfection.
