Mercedes-AMG C63 F1 Edition unveiled in Singapore

The first example of the new plug-in hybrid Mercedes-AMG C63 has arrived in Singapore.
And a special example it is indeed. The single example of the car currently here on our shores comes as a special F1 Edition, which is finished in a Manufaktur Alpine Grey solid paint finish combined with foiling on its flanks.
These foils consist of the AMG logo and a colour gradient that transitions from grey to black. Equally vying for your attention are the red trim lines that run from the front and rear aprons, as well as along the side skirts of the car.
The Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance F1 Edition also gets 20-inch AMG forged wheels that come in matte black but sport red rim flanges, imitating the wheels on the official FIA F1 Medical Car from Mercedes-AMG.
In the cabin, the special edition car comes with AMG Performance seats which are upholstered with black Nappa leather and finished with red decorative topstitching while featuring embossed AMG emblems in the front head restraints. This red topstitching also appears on the AMG Performance steering wheel, while the doors sills of the car feature red illuminated 'AMG' lettering. The special edition car also gets an exclusive edition badge and AMG floor mats with red decorative topstitching and an F1 logo.
This new Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance is now powered by a 2.0-litre engine paired to a plug-in hybrid system. This drivetrain delivers combined system total of 671bhp and 1,020Nm of torque, enough to see the performance sedan reaching 100km/h from a standstill in just 3.4 seconds.
The plug-in hybrid system utilises a 6.1kWh battery which sits above the rear axle of the car for better weight distribution, and can be charged at up to 3.7kW via an alternating current charger. This battery also allows the car to deliver an electric-only range of 13km.
An AMG Performance all-wheel drive system, AMG's Ride Control adaptive damping system, all-wheel steering, as well as a composite brake system that utilises six-piston fixed callipers at the front and one-piston floating callipers at the rear is fitted as standard for the Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance.
Regular editions of the Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance will be available from January 2024, after the car makes its debut here in Singapore at the 2024 Singapore Motor Show.
