Mercedes-Benz SG revamps Eunos Service Centre

Mercedes-Benz Singapore has completed the refresh of its Service Centre at Eunos, which will now offer enhanced customer experience facilities and expanded electric vehicle servicing capabilities across its 21-bay facility.

The centre’s technicians are certified through Mercedes-Benz's programme in Germany, a continuous training framework that keeps pace with advances in EV technology as the model range expands. The facility is equipped with on-site AC charging infrastructure to support EV servicing, with DC fast-charging set to be added in Q3 2026.

In addition, the customer service area has moved from Level 1 to Level 2, giving customers a dedicated consultation space with direct access to the adjacent carpark. The revamped layout improves flow and reduces waiting times. The drive-in tyre shop will also be relocated and continue to offer walk-in appointments.

The redesigned space features open, semi-private, and private consultation spaces across two levels, giving customers the option of a more intimate setting depending on the nature of their visit. Operational workspaces have been moved to the back office, keeping the customer-facing floor clear and uncluttered.

Star Assistants are dedicated customer liaisons stationed at arrival assess individual needs before directing customers to the relevant specialists. This front-of-house role is designed to reduce handoff friction and ensure customers are speaking to the right person from the start of their visit.

All digital signage within the centre is linked to a centralised asset management system, allowing content to be updated and synced across screens in real time. During consultations, advisors can pull up relevant content on nearby screens to support their conversations with customers.

This is part of a broader retail transformation across the brand's local network, with similar works planned for the Mercedes-Benz Service Centre at Pandan Loop in the coming months.
