Mercedes-Benz gives the E63 AMG a revised interior

The upgraded Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG gets new "ARTICO" leather appointments on the upper section of the dashboard and door beltlines and new black piano lacquer finish trim on the upper section of the centre console.

In addition, there are also optional extras offered by Mercedes-Benz, such as the "Designo Leather II" in which the lower section of the dashboard, the glove compartment lid, the door linings including map pockets and the side upholstery of the centre console are covered in exclusive Nappa leather.

The "Designo Leather II" optional package is only available in conjunction with the "Designo Leather I" package, which adds special black leather on the upper section of the dashboard and the upper door linings.

Mechanically, the E63 AMG remains unchanged, with the same 6.2-litre V8 engine that produces 525bhp under the hood, mated to AMG's SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports transmission, which enables the car to go from 0-100km/h in 4.5 seconds, and on to its electronically-limited top speed of 250km/h.
