Mercedes-Benz and U.S.A-based JDS Development Group have officially announced the launch of sales for its second tower at Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami, after the initial sales release for the first in the beginning of 2024. At more than 23.2 hectares, this is the brand's first real estate project in the U.S.A and one of the largest currently under construction in Florida.
The specially commissioned Sales Gallery, which demonstrates highlights of the interior design for the residential suites, was launched on 5 February 2025, together with the unveiling of the prestigious Silver Arrow Lounge. The latter is a resident-only rooftop space featuring a 16m swimming pool, a sun deck, and an aesthetic inspired by the classic Mercedes-Benz "Silver Arrows" racing cars.
Located in Southside Park, the project's surroundings are being reimagined, with topographic contours and strolling pathways winding through a canopy of trees and native vegetation. These will lead to multi-use playgrounds, padel and basketball courts, green spaces, and the adjacent Underline Park system.
Standout details include the private Porte Cochere, offering a lavish gateway into a refined lobby ensuring convenience at the highest level. In addition, Mercedes-Benz Design is working with SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot to create a thoroughly modern living space. As a result, residences feature up to 120-inch-tall floor-to-ceiling windows, plus custom-designed kitchens and bathrooms.
The Miami project comprises of about 800 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom condominiums. Occupants can enjoy spectacular views of Miami, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. Mercedes-Benz has also promised more than 1.2 hectares of amenities and hospitality space, as well as an additional 2.3 hectares of premier office space, health and fitness facilities, and a 174-key hotel, amongst others. Space has also been allocated for EV charging stations, bicycle and scooter sharing, valet parking, and house cars.
