With two motor shows coming up in the week, Mercedes-Benz will simultaneously unveil the S 65 AMG and the SLS AMG GT Final Edition at the Los Angeles Auto Show and the Tokyo Motor Show respectively.

Twelve cylinders, biturbo charging and an output of 630bhp and torque of 1,000Nm - the new S 65 AMG sets new standards. These figures enable the S 65 AMG to accelerate from nought to century in 4.3 seconds before climbing to a governed top speed of 250km/h.
The AMG Speedshift Plus 7G-TRONIC in the S 65 AMG has three individual transmission modes: Controlled Efficiency (C), Sport (S) and Manual (M). The 78Ah lithium-ion battery replaces both the starter battery and the backup battery - resulting in a weight saving of over 20kg.
Mercedes believes the SLS AMG GT Final Edition brings an impressive era to an end. Limited to just 350 units, the AMG GT Final Edition represents the last opportunity for customers to order a SLS AMG - while at the same time reflect on the unrivalled success story and unique scope offered by the first complete vehicle to be built by Mercedes-AMG. With its 591bhp, the AMG 6.3-litre V8 front-mid engine, offers an exciting combination of truly exceptional design and equipment features.
