MG unveils two new models at 2025 Goodwood

At the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed, MG has unveiled two highly-advanced EVs: The IM5 saloon and the IM6 SUV.

Equipped with the 100kWh battery option (the 75kWh option comes as standard), the new IM5 Long Range can travel up to 710km on a single charge and thanks to its new 800V architecture, delivers a 10-80% charge in just 17 minutes.

The IM models are also defined by technology-led, premium cabins. Both cars boast innovative features such as a Rainy Night Mode and a '4 mode One Touch Park Assist', which utilises the cars' 360-degree cameras and autonomous driving capabilities to perform complex parking manoeuvres automatically.

A focal point of the cabin is the immersive, ultra-HD 26.3-inch infotainment display, which is supported by a 10.5-inch touchscreen. The cars also feature a stunning panoramic roof and a bespoke audio system featuring 20 speakers with the addition of four in-ceiling Sky Speakers for the richest, fullest sound.

At Goodwood, MG also revealed that it would be introducing six variants across both models into the U.K. market, with a choice between 75kWh and 100kWh batteries as well as single and dual motor options.
