Mercedes-Benz is now offering customers new customisation options with its new Manufaktur label.
The new label will offer those looking for something special in terms of paintwork, leather upholstery and interior design, the opportunity to get something special on selected model series.
To start, the cars made under the label will be offered with a wide selection of exterior paint colours. Customers will get to choose between both silky matt and high-gloss metallic, or rich non-metallic colours, while some colours from Mercedes-Benz's history are going to be revived.
These include the silicon grey uni that adorned the 300 SL 'Gullwing', as well as graphite metallic or olive metallic, popular options from the 1980s.
Satin options meanwhile, include cashmere white magno and kalahari gold magno, or the sporty night black magno.
In the cabin, customer can expect to be treated with fine, high-quality nappa leather. Colour schemes here range from a deep white/black to a pastel yellow/black, which was available for the S-Class until 2012.

If so desired, even the headliner of a car from the label can be made entirely of nappa leather with the double-stitched Maybach rhombus.
Finally, the cars will get a special animated projection from their puddle lamps. When the doors are opened, an animated Mercedes-Benz or Mercedes-Maybach pattern using sophisticated LCD technology will light up and elegantly illuminate both the front and rear entry areas.
