Partial closure of Circle Line for cable replacement works

To speed up the cable replacement works on the Circle Line, SMRT will alter its operation schedule at some stations.

On Sunday the 12^th May, only one platform will be in operation at Marymount and Caldecott stations from 6:00am to 10:00am.

Trains travelling towards HarbourFront or Dhoby Ghaut will stop at the same platform, as the parallel platform will be closed for cable change works.

Similarly, on Sunday the 19^th May, Botanic Gardens and Farrer Road stations will operate with a single platform from 6:00am to 10:00am.

Due to this, commuters are expected to face a travel time delay of 10 minutes. Signs will be put up at affected stations, as well as staff who will be present to guide commuters.
