Peugeot U.K. opens orders for dual-motor E-3008 and E-5008

Peugeot U.K. has introduced a third powertrain option for its E-3008 and E-5008 models - dubbed the 'Dual Motor Electric 73kWh 325' powertrain - which will be equipped on the dual-motor variants of the Peugeot E-3008 and E-5008.

This new powertrain option combines the standard 210bhp front-wheel drive electric motor with an addition 111bhp electric motor for the rear wheels, offering a combined total output of 321bhp and 509Nm of torque.

The new powertrain allows the E-3008 and E-5008 to complete the century sprint in six seconds and 6.5 seconds respectively

This all-wheel drive variant of the Peugeot E-3008 and E-5008 offers up four driving modes: Normal, 4WD, Sport, and Eco. The variant is also equipped with a 73kWh battery offering a range of 465km (E-5008 Dual Motor) and 488km (E-3008 Dual Motor) and DC fast charging that replenishes the battery from 20-80% in approximately 30 minutes.

Peugeot U.K. has opened orders for both models with an exclusive, high-end "Launch Edition" trim, which includes all the standard equipment of the top GT trim as well as the Peugeot i-Connect Advanced Infotainment system. First deliveries are expected from Q4 2025.

Interior upgrades include black Alcantara upholstery and an embossed Peugeot shield emblem in the front headrests. Both front and rear seats offer a heated function, with the latter featuring 10-way electric adjustment, massage functions, adaptive bolsters, and a memory function for the driver's seat.

Both "Launch Edition" models come with the 360° Vision & Drive Assist Pack as standard, which features four HD cameras for improved visibility when manoeuvring, rear cross traffic alert, long-range blind spot monitoring and flank guard protection.
