Porsche SG celebrates World EV day with customer benefits

In celebration of World EV day on 9 September 2025 and to reaffirm its commitment to electric mobility in Singapore, Porsche will be unveiling a suite of enhanced benefits for its EV customers.

From 9 to 15 September 2025, the Porsche Studio Singapore will become a Porsche EV showcase, with highlights such as the Taycan Turbo Cross Turismo and Macan Turbo just some of the models on display.

Limited showroom units of the Taycan are entitled to complimentary option packages that amount to more than $27,000 in additional value

But the real centrepiece of these new offerings is a new 10-year Battery State of Health (SOH) warranty, covering the full COE lifespan of a Porsche EV and meant to ensure peace of mind for the marque's customers. This will be available for the new Macan Electric and the comprehensively-updated Taycan, and can also be purchased by existing Porsche EV owners who have acquired their vehicles through official Porsche SG channels.

Currently, Porsche SG offers an eight-year/160,000km* warranty on the battery of all new models sold via its official channels, guaranteeing a battery SOH of 70% from new.

In order to qualify for this 10-year warranty, owners must bring their car for a SOH check four months prior to vehicle reaching the eight-year mark. If approved, the warranty for 70% SOH is then extended the full 10 years with Mavi Automotive Solutions, of which Porsche has worked with to engineer a two-year extension of its current warranty.

It is also important to note that Porsche owners that buy their EV via official Porsche SG channels also qualify for the Porsche Approved Warranty, which covers high-voltage battery components for up to 15 years. However, this Porsche Approved Warranty does not cover Battery State of Health (SOH).

In addition, Porsche SG will also be offering complimentary option packages for the Taycan and Macan. Limited showroom units of the Taycan will receive the new 10-year battery warranty, 21-inch RS Spyder wheels, and other accessories; while limited showroom units of the Macan will receive a complimentary 22-inch RS Spyder wheel upgrade alongside other accessories.

And not just that, Porsche SG will also continue to offer an attractive range of ownership privileges, including three years of complimentary charging at the Porsche Destination Charging network in partnership with SP Mobility (numbering 148 chargers), preferential rates and benefits along the Shell High Performance Charging network that extends into Malaysia and northern Thailand, and access to Porsche Privilege Perks like complimentary parking at Jewel Changi Airport.
