The Porsche Macan GTS arrives in Singapore

Driver engagement, sporty handling, and long-legged capability all meet in Porsche Singapore's latest addition to its Macan lineup.

And this is the car of interest: The Porsche Macan GTS. The first all-electric SUV from the brand to bear to the GTS badge, this Macan is sure to get you to where you need to be in no time, thanks to its total power output of 420kW (with launch control activated, this is).

Its electric motors also generate a total of 955Nm of peak torque and can see the car completing the century sprint in just 3.8 seconds.

But if that's not impressive enough, also consider the fact that it also gets a sizeable 100kWh battery, allowing it to post a WLTP range of 586km. And if you're wondering, this battery can be charged at a maximum power of 270kW when you're at the right direct current charger.

And to ensure that you don't arrive at your destination looking too ruffled, this Porsche Macan not only gets the firm's self-levelling sports air suspension as standard, but also features Porsche's Active Suspension Management system. The latter actively and continuously controls the damping force deployed according to the road conditions and driving mode chosen to deliver an ideal compromise between handling prowess and ride comfort.

And if the destination demands a drive through some twisty roads, this Porsche Macan GTS also should prove competent thanks to the model-specific tuning of its dampers and anti-roll bars, alongside the 10mm reduction of its ride height.

But this Macan GTS isn't just about arriving on time. You'll also be able to arrive in style.

For those looking for something that's elegant yet aggressive, this Posche Macan GTS should appeal. Up front, the car comes with a black front bumper, while its wheel arches are also finished in black. Complementing these touches are tinted matrix LED head lights and taillights. The car also gets GTS-specific side skirts that taper outwards towards the rear.

The Porsche Macan GTS makes use of a 100kWh battery. Activate the car's Track Endurance Mode and it will further pre-cool this battery for more consistent performance when you're on the track

And in the cabin, this Porsche Macan is offered in Singapore with 18-way adjustable sports seats that are upholstered in Race-Tex and additionally feature GTS badging.

Also available here is an optional 10.9-inch passenger display screen, which will add to the car's 10.9-inch central infotainment display and the 12.6-inch curved driver's instrument cluster. The latter also features dials that have the GTS badging.

Porsche is also offering customers here the optional GTS Interior Package, which will finish the car's seat belts and decorative stitching on the seats, steering wheel, doors and dashboard in either Carmine Red, Slate Grey Neo or Lugano Blue.
