Porsche has announced that it is suspending all deliveries of its cars to Russia in lieu of the current conflict in Ukraine, having already fulfilled all legal obligations arising from guarantees towards its customers.
The manufacturer states the move comes after all produced and paid for vehicles from stock in Russia have been handed over to the dealer network. The firm will also continue to honour its obligations on the warranties of its vehicles, and the existing dealer network in the country will continue to function.
The firm also stated that it continues to hope for a cessation of hostilities and a return to diplomacy and is convinced that a sustainable solution to the conflict can only be found under the auspices of international law.
