Rolls-Royce invites apprenticeship alumni back to Goodwood

Rolls-Royce has marked the National Apprenticeship Week in the U.K. by inviting the alumni of its own apprenticeship scheme to a special event at Goodwood

The event, which was the first for the newly formed Apprentice Alumni group, allowed those involved to catch up with former colleagues and share their experiences with current apprentices.

The Rolls-Royce Apprenticeship Scheme has been running since 2006 and is described by the firm as one of the most prestigious and highly sought-after programmes in the U.K. A total of 95 young individuals are said to be combining practical training at Goodwood with study for nationally recognised qualifications with the firm. A total of 133 staff currently at Goodwood are said to have begun their careers as apprentices.

The application window for Rolls-Royce's 2025 apprenticeship programme is open until 31 March 2025. Those interested may apply via the firm's career portal here.
