Schumacher is reportedly out of coma

Michael Schumacher's manager, Sabine Kehm, has reported the German is 'medically awake' and has left the hospital in France and transferred to a separate facility for a long phase of rehabilitation treatment - almost six months after Michael Schumacher's tragic ski accident.

"Michael has left the CHU Grenoble to continue his long phase of rehabilitation. He is not in a coma anymore. His family would like to explicitly thank all his treating doctors, nurses and therapists in Grenoble as well as the first aiders at the place of the accident, who did an excellent job in those first months," read the statement from Kehm.

Schumacher fell and hit the right side of his head with a rock while skiing in France on the 29^th of December, cracking his helmet. For the past few months, doctors started to bring him out of his medical-induced coma, but further information on his health was restricted, citing privacy.
