Thailand gets made-in-Malaysia Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid
30 Jul 2024|583 views
Porsche fans in Thailand can now get their hands on a regionally-assembled Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupe.
The car is said to mark a significant milestone in Porsche's growing presence in the Southeast Asian region (see, for example, the fact that Vietnam has its own Porsche Studio, on top of the one we have right here in Singapore, and the fact that we are all set to get our own Porsche Experience Centre). Assembled in Malaysia, this special Cayenne is said to be offered in Thailand at a compelling price.
This Porsche Cayenne Coupe S E-Hybrid is the second model to be assembled in Malaysia and the first model to be exported regionally to Thailand
This curated Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupe also comes with a high level of standard equipment, and has its own online booking microsite, offering would-be customers a seamless booking experience and easy personalisation of the vehicle (it's available here if you fancy a play around).
The SUV is being offered in exterior colours including Carrara White Metallic, Chromite Black Metallic and Dolomite Silver Metallic, and comes with high-definition Matrix LED head lights as standard, alongside 20-inch Cayenne Design wheels that are finished in Vesuvius Grey. The car also comes with a GT Sports steering wheel and the Sport Chrono package alongside the Porsche Design clock as standard in its cabin.
Also offered as standard here is a Bose Surround Sound System, a choice of either Black or Bordeaux Red smooth-finish leather upholstery for the seats complete with the Porsche crest on the front headrests, as well as four-zone climate control, an interior air quality ioniser, 14-way adjustable comfort bench seats with memory function in the rear, and electric roll-up sunblinds for the rear windows.

The Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid offers a system total of 512bhp thanks to its 3.0-litre V6 engine that comes paired to an electric motor. This output allows the coupe SUV to sprint from zero to 100km/h in 4.7 seconds, and sprint onto a top speed of 263km/h. The SUV will also deliver an electric-only range of 90km.
