More than a year since the reveal of the modern AC Cobra Roadster, AC Cars has now released the first images of a new AC Cobra GT Coupe.
The coupe is said to sit on an enhanced version of the platform that underpins the AC Cobra GT Roadster, although the precise modifications made to the coupe's carbon fibre body and aluminium platform have yet to be revealed.
AC Cars does state, however, that the coupe will sport similar dimensions to its roadster variant, with a wheelbase of 2,570mm, a total length of 4,225mm and at 1,980mm wide. A near perfect 50:50 weight distribution across the front and rear axles is also promised for the coupe, and while its total weight is yet to be confirmed, AC Cars states that it is aiming for a weight of under 1,450kg for the Clubsport Edition of the coupe.
Speaking of which, this AC Cobra Roadster will be offered with the same naturally aspirated V8 as in the roadster, which develops a total of 450bhp. Customers who want something a little more unhinged, meanwhile, can opt for the aforementioned Clubsport Edition, which features 799bhp supercharged V8.
Those interested can already make their reservations via AC Car's website here, and the first deliveries of the coupe are expected to start from the end of 2025.
