Volkswagen unveils the Tiguan Track & Avenue special edition

The Tiguan Track & Avenue features subtle exterior updates as well as new luxury equipment for the interior. Two new body colours are available for the special edition, "Oryx White Pearl Effect" and "Island Grey Pearl Effect", while other exterior changes include 19-inch alloy wheels, a 25 degree off-road front end, modest wheel flares and a silver-coloured rear diffuser, as well as front fog lights and Bi-Xenon headlights with dynamic curve lighting.

Inside, the Tiguan Track & Avenue gets new high-grade leather upholstery called "Heavy Waxy" in Amaranth with coloured seams. This is in addition to sport seats, an RCD 510 radio with Dynaudio sound system, "Climatronic" climate control and a leather-trimmed multifunction steering wheel with coloured seams.

The Tiguan Track & Avenue is available with a choice of four engine and transmission combos, including the 200bhp 2.0-litre TSI petrol with manual or automatic transmission, a 140bhp diesel coupled to an automatic and a 170bhp diesel linked to a manual gearbox.
