So, it comes as quite a surprise that the world's safest automaker is having a problem with its airbags.
It seems that there's an "intermittent problem" with a wiring connector for the drivers' side airbag, which could cause it not to deploy in an accident.
Volvo says that they've received 142 reports worldwide, about the problem. However, they didn't say if there were any injuries related to the problem.
The recall covers some 9,746 2010-2011 Volvo's, including the 2010-11 S80 & XC70, the 2010 V70, and the 2011 XC60.
Dealers will install a metal shim, which is supposed to correct the problem.
