Yangwang U8 to head to Paris Motor Show

BYD has announced that it will be participating in the 2024 iteration of the Paris Motor Show.

The firm will showcase its new luxury technological demonstrator, the Yangwang U8, at the show that is set to run from 14 to 20 October in Paris. The Yangwang U8 is said to combine all the technologies of the BYD group and is said to be capable of overcoming any obstacle in its path.

This will be BYD's second appearance at the Paris Motor Show after its first appearance at the event in 2022 - a move that reinforces BYD's commitment to expanding and consolidating its presence in one of the largest and most strategic markets in Europe.

The public is being invited to see BYD's range at the event, and a host of products experts will also be on hand to answer any queries. Test drives are also set to be offered at the event to allow visitors to discover more about the benefits of electrified driving with the best of BYD technology.

France is said to be a key market for BYD in Europe, and the firm states that it is committed to supporting the development of its sustainable technologies and electric mobility.
