12 months of driving, hours of comparing, bickering, laughing and of course, writing about the cars we love the most, have gone by once again. And as before, the sum of our yearlong endeavours has led us to the ninth instalment of Sgcarmart's Car of the Year Awards. This tedious car-on-car competition is a product of the Editorial team's strive for continuous improvement, as we invite you, our readers, to also have a hand in deciding which cars are going to be crowned the kings of their segments. We've toiled (and overtimed) to ensure that the impartial system of this yearly competition is retained without compromising credibility, which means the same rules, and regulations remain - only cars that were launched and tested before 15 October 2018 qualify for Sgcarmart's Car of the Year Awards. And of course, we're stoked to see the ninth iteration of this competition get under way for your reading and voting pleasure.
