Affordable price - My 7 years old Kia Cerato K3's had a bad body roll and oil leakage issue. Went to Pro-Jex V2D at Synergy @ KB building for the fix. Vincent is professional, he had identified the problem and explained to me from the issues I have encountered and recommended me on the parts to change for body roll and as for the oil leakage is a compulsory issue to fix. As changing all 4 suspension sets and oil leakage required around 1 and a half day, he have provided me photos on updates on the parts he was currently working on and which stage he was currently at during the fixing. This provides me an ease of mind as i am aware that they are my car was in good hands. With Vincent and his team's expertise, they have check thoroughly and explained to me in details throughout the entire period. For pricing wise, I would said this was the most affordable ones as I have checked with a few other workshops which have quoted me a much higher cost with the same parts to be change and fix. After the fix, my car's stability became stable at cornering even at higher speed, the experience was really comfortable during driving now. With a much affordable price with excellent service provided by Vincent and his team, I would strongly recommend to car owners out there who are looking for a workshop to fix their car issues. Honest and knowledgeable - I chanced upon this workshop through SGCarMart while looking for a workshop that could do a PPI before purchasing my car. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. Boss Vincent is very honest and knowledgeable. After inspecting the car, he told me everything was in good condition and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. He only recommended doing the 100,000 km servicing, which was due anyway. After the servicing, the car feels smooth like butter! I also had a custom air intake installed by the team, and the workmanship was top-notch. Really happy with the overall experience.
