So bad customer service.
The service technician is so rude. When I came to check my vehicle and tried to park in the wrong place, he scolded me using a vulgar word.
I got into a minor scrap which required me to replace my right mirror. After getting my part from a stockist, the mechanics at Aesop are quick and fast to install it back on within a coffee break! Very responsive and friendly. Good price too for spraying and fixing - other workshops tried to charge me $50 extra from what Aesop quote and eventually charged me.
