Dropped by to change all 4 tires earlier this week. They were recommended by the workshop during servicing. Boss assisted the selection of tires (chose Michelin since they are a distributor) and generally was a fuss free experience.
Good service
Sent in my car for a good polish and it happen Eng Heng just next door. Went to enquiry the Yuasa battery, he give a very good price for 105D31L size. (one of the largest from Yuasa). After wax & polish just drive in to install the new battery. Fixed with fast & good workmanship.
Poor customer service
Called in to enquire on their range of ar tyres and was greeted by a rude auntie who answered the call. Mistaken their company name as EHI from the logo in the namecard and was corrected by the auntie very snobbishly. Totally put off by her customer service (if you call it service at all).
