Poor customer service
I was quoted a price which was agreed upon. Phone calls were made to confirm the date of the scheduled work. My car was left at the garage on the appointed day and I was to return that afternoon to deliver the seals. However, I then received a call to say that the price had now 'increased' ??! The paintwork finishing was smooth and shine to the sun. As a did i change in paint colour, they spray painted almost everyplace except for some not so visible corners such as the undercarriage of the car.
