Rented from them but their customer service is the worst i ever encountered before. Sms them for prices, no reply. Call them for prices, they speak impatiently and rude. Hard to contact them, have to call a few times to reach, they don't entertain sms too. Other car rental shop still reply/call customers if they sms. AA would be a good choice for rental of vehicle. thumb up for them. Rented PUNTO from them over the weekend. Excellent condition. Clean interior as well as exterior. Great service from the staff. Conveniently located near MRT. Will definitely rent a car from them again in time to come!
