Dimension Audio is established by Roy Cheng, a passionate car audio enthusiast. Located in Balestier, they carry a wide range of products from all of the major car audio brands such as Hustler, Genesis, Micro Precision, Morel, Brax, Helix and EB Acoustics. The aim of Dimension Audio is to involve the customer in the planning of the perfect customized setup for each individual car. They believe in open communication and give right recommendation to suit every customer's desires and budget. Despite being a young company, they have achieved good results in many regional competitions. For instance, they came in second in the finals of AMMA 2008 Ultimate Sound Challenge (SQ) Competition and first in the SASCA / IASCA Sound Quality Challenge Heats in August 2009.
Went over to ask for advise as my current setup is not properly tuned. Roy corrected my setup, properly tuned, and gave expertise advise. Strongly reccomend this shop for ice enthusiasts.
Highly recommended and service is great
Boss Roy Cheng was very chatty and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the various options and worked within our budget. Don't expect them to carry cheap brands though. They cater more to the mid-high end range.
Incidentally, they won 1st prize in the grand finals of EMMA in Dec 2014, which testifies to his expertise in this area.
