Been done a dirty!
We were renting a car from Optima long term and months before renewal, we had contacted them ourselves first to discuss for family continuity. After discussing with their manager, he agreed on same rates and same terms. We then confirmed our understanding via email, and ask for them to send a renewal contract if we need to sign on.
