Inexperienced staff damaged my Rays Ventus Rim

Inexperienced Indian staff damaged my rims, does not have the integrity to own up. Still argue and claiming that the scratches were there when I brought the rims to change. Doesn't even know that lock nut are supposed to be hand tighten and even gave me an uneven tire pressure

Just don't know how to repair BMW

Service lousy and causes a damage to my BMW shaft whereby only need a seal but put in double seal and causes cracks to it plus when installing missed a screw that resulted from leaking continuously and they end up glue the whole shaft up to provide leakage which cause more problems and do not want to own up their mistakes.
