I thought Shariot was the worst, but now I would place BlueSG alongside them.

Poor customer service
Customer service doesn't seem to know about their work. I could not access to the bluesg car and charging station as i have lost my previous card for me to access the bluesg car. I need to change the access card which was an ezlink card to a new card. But the customer service doesn't seen to understand the issue.
