Porsche hits new record for deliveries in 2021

Porsche has achieved its highest sales volume in its history for 2021.
With a total of 301,915 vehicles delivered to customers in the year, the firm also boasts an 11% growth compared to its performance in 2020.
With total units delivered numbering 41,296 in 2021, the all-electric Porsche Taycan saw sales nearly doubling when compared against 2020 Porsche states that its largest increases were recorded on the American continent, while China remained the largest single market for the firm. The models with the highest demand in 2021 were again the brand's SUVs, led by the Macan, with 88,362 customers becoming Macan owners. The Cayenne followed in second place with 83,071 vehicles delivered.

The sports car icon, the 911, was also handed over to more customers than ever before with 38,464 deliveries. Meanwhile, the Panamera saw 30,220 deliveries, while the 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman were delivered to 20,502 customers.
