Morgan has announced that Massimo Fumarola, former Chief Project Management Officer at Automobili Lamborghini, will now helm the Morgan Motor Company as its CEO.
Massimo Fumarola is described as a lifelong admirer of Morgan, and joins the firm with 25 years of international experience in the automotive industry. His role, Morgan describes, will be to future-proof the company and further the development of timeless coach-built sports cars. He takes the former position of Steve Morris, who will now take the role of Executive Chairman at Morgan.
Both Steve and Massimo will be focusing upon the strategic growth of the business and drive mission critical themes such as new product development following the recent launch of the all new Morgan Super 3, the advancement of Morgan's environmental, social, and governance strategies, and innovation in craft-orientated manufacturing, as well as the ongoing promotion of Morgan globally.
