This solid centre rib offers an interrupted contact patch with the road. It offers for better stability and steering response on dry surfaces, thus improving directional stability at high speeds.

Noise can come from various parts of the tyre, and some of it can be attributed to the thread design. But with the optimised groove angles on the V601's thread design, pattern noise is further minimised.
And the best part of the V601 tyres is that they're long lasting. A rounded rib design, coupled with the high-grip micro-silica compound, helps to optimise contact pressure with the road, helping to reduce uneven wear.
