The sexy feline that stole limelight and won hearts around the globe has made its local debut. Following the success launch of the cabriolet, the F-Type Coupe has finally landed in Singapore.
Besides the enduring aesthetical appeal, the sports coupe is the most dynamically capable and performance focused Jaguar to ever enter series production.
The hard-top variant has an all-aluminium construction that boasts a torsional rigidity of 33,000Nm/degree, making it the most rigid Jaguar.
It also comes with the marque's second generation Electronic Active Differential (EAD), which works in harmony with a new Torque Vectoring system to provide focused, yet exploitable driving performance.
No less than three variants will be available on our shores - the F-Type Coupe, the F-Type S, and the snarling F-Type R. The range leader will receive a 5.0-litre V8 supercharged engine with 542bhp and 680Nm of torque, enabling the cat to sprint to the century mark in 4.2 seconds. Both the base and S coupe will feature a 3.0-litre supercharged V6 churning out 335bhp and 375bhp respectively. All variants come with Jaguar's eight-speed Sequential Shift automatic gearbox.
