Alfa Romeo in plans for 4C Roadster variant by 2015

One good turn deserves another, as the saying goes. Maybe it is the same for cars; one good car deserves another. According to a recent report, the highly-anticipated Alfa Romeo 4C will spawn a roadster variant. With what we have seen so far, this will more than sit in well with the car fans.

Autocar says the model will likely be launched a year after the coupe goes on sale in early 2014.

The Alfa Romeo 4C will feature a fiberglass reinforced plastic body and a turbocharged 1.8 litre 4 cylinder engine that produces up to 296bhp. The engine will be connected to a dual-clutch transmission which enables acceleration from 0-100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.
