Allianz Global Assistance to be the operator of Roadside Assistance for BMW

BMW Group Asia has appointed Allianz Global Assistance to be the operator of Roadside Assistance services rendered to its BMW, BMW M, BMW i, MINI and Rolls-Royce customers locally.

Customers can rely on qualified support and assistance very quickly in the rare case of a technical defect or any other kind of breakdown. In the event of a breakdown, Roadside Assistance can be accessed directly via the vehicle's iDrive menu, which automatically transfers the position of the affected vehicle to the respective call centre specialists. The specialists will then retrieve any further details needed to identify the cause of the defect and, where possible, remedy the fault by remote services.

As a vehicle owner of any BMW, BMW M, BMW i, MINI and Rolls-Royce vehicles in Singapore, customers are entitled to the Roadside Assistance package, which offers lifetime phone assistance and organisational support, as well as comprehensive mobility services for five years after the first registration date, at no cost during this period.
