Alpine has announced that it will be launching its first experience centre, La Piste Bleue Alpine, at the edge of the Bugatti circuit, Chemin aux Boeufs, near the southern entrance to the Le Mans 24 Hours racetrack.
The blue exterior of La Piste Bleue Alpine is an acknowledgement to the brand's heritage, all the way back to the first A110 Berlinette. With a capacity of up to 200 people, visitors will be able to participate in test driving the A290 and the entire A110 range on the Bugatti circuit, technical workshops, and immersive guided tours.
Also offered at the 450m2 experience centre, as part of the programmes, is total immersion. This consists of three tribunes with 10 Alpine A110 S bucket seats and a giant screen connected to an audio system with seven Phantom I loudspeakers. An Alpine "Hall of Fame" can also be found, featuring original items from the brand's history, such as rims and tyres from the A424, and the 2019 Le Mans 24 Hours trophy.
In addition, La Piste Bleue Alpine will have its own Alpine fleet, and its A290 and A110 cars will all sport Michelin tyres, developed for Alpine and adapted to the track days' sporting and safety conditions.
