Audi e-tron 55 added to Audi on Demand car sharing service

Audi's premium mobility concept, Audi on Demand, is expanding its lineup with the new Audi e-tron 55. This model is the brand's most powerful and advanced all-electric offering in Singapore. The initiative is part of Audi's commitment to let more consumers enjoy a personal experience with e-mobility. The Audi e-tron 55 is now available for booking via the Audi on demand platform. 

For the launch period, users can book the e-tron for as little as four hours at $368, or the entire day at the same rate. Bookings made for three continuous days enjoy a special rate of $888 when made with the promo code 'ETRON'. 
 
The addition of the e-tron 55 to the Audi on Demand platform gives consumers a firsthand experience of driving a premium electric car. Typical of the Audi on Demand service, the e-tron can be booked for as little as four hours. The car will be handed over with a full charge when the customer takes over the Audi e-tron.

The Audi e-tron 55 is the current flagship of the brand's fully electric range. A combined power output of 402bhp enables the car to accelerate from zero to 100km/h in a mere 5.7 seconds. Audi's signature Quattro all-wheel drive technology is on offer through its dual motor setup. With the battery pack located low and between the axles, the Audi e-tron boasts exceptional handling characteristics.

The e-tron 55 used in the Audi on Demand service features virtual exterior mirrors. A first for a production car, conventional wing mirrors are replaced by compact video cameras, which project images onto high-definition 7.0-inch displays within the driver's line of sight. This technology provides better visibility in bad weather situations than conventional mirrors, and the slim profile of the virtual mirrors streamlines the aerodynamic profile of the vehicle.
