Audi's 1.6 million worldwide deliveries in 2025 may have suffered a slight decline as compared to 2024, but a strong Q4 showing is a signal of an upward trend, with a 13% increase in orders as compared to the same period in the previous year.
The brand says that this slight decline is due to geopolitical and economic challenges such as an intense competitive environment in China and U.S.A tariff policies, which solid performances in other markets unable to fully offset the aforementioned factors.
Over 223,000 electric Audi vehicles were delivered in 2025, representing a jump of 36%, with the new A6 e-tron (37,000 units) and Q6 e-tron (84,000 units) driving demand. In Europe, Audi saw over 464,000 vehicles delivered, with EV deliveries increasing by approximately 40% (113,000 units).
Solid gains were also achieved in its home market of Germany, with over 206,000 units delivered (+4%) and around 41,000 of these fully electric (+89%), demonstrating the new electric models' popularity with German customers.
Commenting on this increase in sales for its electric models, Audi has said that it aims to continue this upward trajectory in 2026.
