AXS Drive app now offers ERP and EV charging payments

Ah, AXS. A name synonymous with payment for bills or fines. A scene comes to mind: A black kiosk in either a mall or an area with high foot traffic within the heartlands, and a queue of people either paying monthly dues or penalties for littering.
Pretty convenient, right? Well, it's about to get a lot better with the latest update of its AXS Drive app.
On its 25th anniversary, the company commemorated its milestone with the AXS Connect 2025 event, which also served as the stepping stone for its next chapter. Back in July 2024, the AXS Drive app was launched. Aiming to reduce issues such as faulty electronic parking systems and/or insufficient funds, the app has grown from offering usage at 12 carparks upon its launch, to a whopping 123 as of now.
As Singapore's first motorist-centric app, AXS Drive offers services such as road tax renewal, season parking, traffic fines, vehicle insurance, and live traffic camera views. And as of today, two new features have been rolled out for the app: Users can now use the AXS Drive app for ERP and EV charging payments.
In the case of ERP, this eliminates the need for topping up cashcards. Users can now make automatic payment with their credit or debit card via the AXS Drive app.

And as for EV charging integration, the app now has access to over 3,800 charging points from operators such as SP Mobility and CDG Engie. What this means is that users who drive EVs no longer need to have multiple charging apps on their phone; the AXS Drive app, in this case, serves as a one-stop shop.
It also does not require wallet top-ups, reducing the hassle should one find themselves having to do so, especially in underground carparks with spotty connectivity.
But of course, all these features require users to register their vehicles on the app, which is also simple and seamless. The only requirement is that the information of the vehicle in question must be accessible via Singpass. G-plate vehicles can also be registered, which should benefit businesses and merchants too.
And that's not all: In a roundtable session with Jeffrey Goh, the CEO and co-founder of AXS, the brand is looking into launching a new towing feature that even spreads its reach to Malaysia.
For example, if a Singapore-registered car were to break down in Malaysia and the driver would prefer to have it serviced in Singapore, the tow truck can be on site in a matter of hours. Further details of this feature will be announced in due time.
Goh also mentioned that AXS will implement a rewards programme, called AXS Coins, for its app users to earn points with every payment. This can then be used to redeem vouchers to offset bills, claim free coffee, and many more.
As Goh puts it: "We cannot just take, we must also give back." The AXS Coins rewards programme is slated to go live in Q1 2026. In light of this, the brand is also preparing to introduce the AXS Card, which is designed to reward bill payments.
With an eye to the future, Goh also said that AXS has plans to branch out and expand regionally, with a shift from bill collection to bill management tentatively set for Q1 2026. And with the world becoming more and more digitalised, an app that can settle almost all billing payments sounds like a step in the right direction.
