Bentley Motors appoints new APAC regional director

Bentley Motors has announced the appointment of Dave Hayter as Regional Director for Asia Pacific, strengthening the marque's leadership team at a pivotal moment for regional growth.

Hayter brings nearly four decades of experience with Bentley and will oversee all brand, commercial, and network activities across key Asia Pacific markets in close collaboration with Bentley's global sales and marketing organisation. Throughout his career, Hayter held senior leadership role across the Middle East and Asia, supporting new market entries, distributor development, and the launch of dedicated Bentley facilities.

As Regional Director, he will lead operations across a diverse portfolio of markets, spanning established luxury hubs and emerging growth territories, while working closely with Bentley's specialist retail partners.

Hayter will succeed Nico Kuhlmann, who left the business in November 2025.
