BMW Eurokars Auto hosts karting event!

Screeching tyres and the whirr of electric motors giving their all doesn't have to be isolated to a Formula E racetrack. At least, that was the case for a select few attendees of Ignite: BMW Eurokars Hyperdrive.

The event, which spanned the morning and early afternoon of 22 November 2025, saw a select few joining BMW Eurokars Auto for a few rounds at HyperDrive, described as Singapore's only indoor go-kart circuit. Sporting a total of three levels and 14 thrilling turns, the circuit played host to numerous laps by all present, who competed to see just who could post the fastest personal best lap record for the day.

Attendees got to drive some of BMW's latest cars as they made their way from the BMW Eurokars Experience Centre to Sentosa Island

Of course, attendees first gathered at the BMW Eurokars Experience Centre for a quick spot of breakfast followed by a quick brief of the driving route into Sentosa Island.

And there was another treat in store: Those at the event were also given the chance to drive over to Sentosa in one of BMW Eurokars' own vehicles for a quick test drive. The cars available included some of the latest offerings from BMW, ranging from the 5 Series Sedan and the 2 Series Gran Coupe, to the all-electric i4!

And competition wasn't the only thing when we arrived at the indoor circuit. Those attending also got the chance to take on the go-kart track in a few rounds of an interactive race where drivers could collect 'weapons' to sabotage competitors, or 'boosts' to give themselves an edge before making it to the finishing line, finishing off the day's activities with a more casual and fun-oriented karting experience!
